1. Scope
These terms apply to all quotations, orders and projects provided by Jusoor Translation Services unless agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Quotations & delivery
Quotations are valid for 30 days. A project is confirmed once you accept our quotation in writing, and we commit to the agreed delivery timeline subject to timely receipt of source files.
3. Quality & revisions
Every translation is produced by a qualified linguist and independently reviewed. Notify us of any error within 14 days and we will review and, where justified, correct it at no charge.
4. Certified translations
Certified translations are provided under our UAE Ministry of Justice accreditation. Acceptance by any particular authority is subject to that authority’s own requirements.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client materials as confidential and are happy to sign your NDA on request.
6. Fees & liability
Fees are as stated in the accepted quotation. Our liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
